Tools surf products TLS International team : Kalani Chapman

The North Shore's Kalani Chapman has won the GoPro of the World User's Choice Award for July. He'll receive $1000, courtesy of GoPro, after garnering the most user votes over the other nine monthly finalists.Chapman's wave was filmed at a popular lefthand reefbreak on an Indonesian outer island.
